Services

If it's residential & electrical, I do it.

No service menu trickery, no "starting from" prices that quadruple on site. Real ranges, honest scope, written quotes before I plug in a tool.

Adely installing pendant lighting in a residential kitchen

Repairs & troubleshooting

Things that should work, don't. I find what's actually wrong and fix it once. Most diagnostic visits resolve same-day.

Flickering lights Tripped breakers Dead outlets Burning smells GFCI issues
$120–$400 most repairs

Lighting design & install

From a single fan to a whole-house recessed lighting plan. I help you figure out what fits the room, not just what fits the budget.

$200–$3,500 depending on scope

EV charger installation

Level 2 home charging done right. I handle the load calc, the permit, the run, the breaker, the inspection. Compatible with every major EV brand.

Sound systems & home theater

In-wall speakers, ceiling speakers, hidden wiring runs, projector and screen power. The wiring side of audio — I leave the calibration to your AV folks.

$600–$5,000 per project

Panel upgrades & service work

200A service upgrades, sub-panels for additions or workshops, and replacing the old Federal Pacific and Zinsco panels still common in NOVA homes from the 60s and 70s.

$2,800–$6,500 typical panel upgrade

Smart home wiring

The boring side of smart homes: actual wiring, proper neutral wires for smart switches, hardwired access points, structured low-voltage cabling. Hubs and apps are your call.

Smart switches & dimmers Ring / Nest doorbells Security cameras Ethernet drops WiFi access points Hardwired thermostats
$150–$2,000 depending on scope

Outlets, switches & circuits

The bread-and-butter stuff. Adding an outlet where there should be one. Bringing old ungrounded receptacles up to code. Dedicated circuits for appliances, hobbies, or work-from-home setups.

Everything else

Generator transfer switches. Hot tub hookups. Pool equipment. Pendant lights in a kitchen reno. If it's residential electrical and you're not sure who to call — just ask me. If I can't do it, I'll tell you who can.

Just so you know

What I'm honest about.

I'd rather tell you what I can't do before you book me than waste your day.

The list is short — most residential work, I can handle. But here's where I'll point you elsewhere instead.

  • Commercial work over 400A I'm residential-focused. For big commercial jobs, I'll point you to people I trust.
  • Solar system design I handle the electrical side once a solar installer has designed the system. I don't do the panels or design.
  • Smart home programming I'll wire the switches and APs. Configuring HomeKit, Alexa, or Home Assistant is up to you (or your AV person).
  • "Cheapest possible" jobs I'm not the lowest bid on the block. I'm the one who does it right the first time. If price is everything, I'm not your guy — and that's okay.

Got a project in mind?

Tell me what you're thinking. I'll give you a real quote — not a sales pitch.
